Compulsory Tourist tax : 1,40 euro/night/ per adult over 18 (This is compulsory in touristic locations and needs to be paid for in euros to the caretaker or myself upon arrival.)

Bed-Linen and Bathroom Towels: We charge for these, for the professional laundry, per bed (€20
per set for a double bed or for a single bed) for bed-linen and €14 per person for bath and swimming pool towels. These need to be booked in advance and paid for in cash to the caretaker
upon arrival. Please note that if you need a second set of bed-linen or towels for a second or subsequent weeks, they are available for payment of the same fee again to the caretaker.
Please arrange this and pay locally.
Le Tilleul is also available on long-let basis, November to March, plus utilities at
cost. Shorter off-season stays possible on reduced-rate holiday basis (please see above).
Cancellation Policy : 100% refund for cancellations more than 45 days before check-in date (less a 50 euros administration fee).
